1. Scope of Policy
This policy applies exclusively to the following two scenarios:

Damaged Products: Products that arrive in a physically damaged or unusable condition due to transit or manufacturing defect.

Wrong Products Received: Products that do not match the item description, color, model, or size ordered by the customer (e.g., receiving a phone case for a different model).

2. Replacement Procedure
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, you must initiate a replacement request by following these steps:

Contact Us: Notify our customer support team immediately, but no later than 48 hours after the delivery date.

Provide Evidence: You must provide clear photographic evidence of the damage or the incorrect product received. This evidence is mandatory to process a replacement.

Approval: Our team will review the evidence and, upon confirmation, will approve the replacement.

3. Replacement Timeline and Logistics
Once your replacement is approved:

Free Replacement: We will ship a brand-new, identical replacement product to you at no additional cost.

Shipping Address: The replacement product will be shipped to the original delivery address provided in your order.

Processing Time: We guarantee that the replacement product will be delivered within 7 business days from the date the replacement request is approved. You will be notified with new tracking details once the replacement is dispatched.

4. Exclusion (No Returns/No Refunds)
Please note the following:

No Returns: We do not accept returns for reasons other than the product being damaged or incorrect.

Return Policy : if you want to return the product you need to return it with in 3 days after delivery.

No Refunds: We do not issue monetary refunds. Our policy is strictly limited to product replacement for approved cases of damage or error on our part.
